We are Riverside Property Investments Ltd –
a small, entrepreneurial, privately owned property company and we purchased the estate in the summer of 2003.
Almost immediately the change in management style was felt. Through a partnership of public authority and private spirit, things began to change. Street lamps were improved, the estate signs were updated and extended and a CCTV system installed.
